At Rivers to Wellness, we believe primary care should be affordable and accessible and focused on helping you live your healthiest life. Our end goal is always quality of life and longevity. We provide comprehensive care for adults and teens (ages 10+) with a focus on prevention, chronic disease reversal, and same-day access when you need it most.

Our clinic is proud to serve Jacksonville and St. Johns communities, offering care in both English and Russian. Conveniently located in Mandarin (Jacksonville, FL 32223), we also serve patients across Jacksonville (32256, 32257, 32258) and neighboring cities of orange park and Fleming island. In St. Johns, we serve a vast part of Fruit Cove, Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine (32259, 32082 and 32092).

Acute Care with Same-Day Telehealth Visits

Illness and injuries don’t wait — and neither should your care. We provide same-day appointments for common conditions such as sore throat, sinus infections, UTIs, rashes, and minor injuries.
Same-day telemedicine is available daily. Please call us directly to secure it, as our online appointment system will not allow same-day scheduling.

Men's & Women's Health

Women’s health services include birth control prescriptions, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), menopause symptom management, and coordination of preventive screenings.
* Pap smears will be available in the near future
* STI testing can be ordered to outside labs
Men’s health services include evaluation and management of low testosterone, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and prostate cancer screening.
